Objection by defense regarding non-admission of photographic evidence on McLaughlin testimony. Denied. Footage from pool camera of the view. Day 11 May 6: Testimony of Sgt. Sean Goode of the Canton Police regarding timing of taillight photo and when it was put into evidence in the supplemental report. Sgt. Lank. Day 12 May 7: Testimony of Sgt. Sean Goode continues under cross by Yannetti regarding his report regarding taillight evidence as it came into the report. Sgt. Lank is under direct on that he State police were notified but would not be responding. Would speak to the homeowners but Ms. McCabe said the family was sleeping. Then saw light inside and went inside the home and went in. Leaf-blower was used (Jan. 29th) to clear around where the body was found where clear glass found. Lank states On Feb. 4 Chief Berkowitz directed him toward red plastic on the lawn near where the body was found. Under cross bar fight from 20 years ago brought up involving Albert relatives.
